UPDATE: “Your response is disingenuous and confirms the exact lack of accountability I described. I not only spoke with 'Rob,' the general manager you suggested I contact, but he was the one who made the final empty promises to me. The pictures I posted with my review clearly show my car at your facility, with your company's name visible, alongside the written promise of a completion date that was postponed 4-5 times. For you to publicly claim you 'have not been able to identify a customer' is a blatant falsehood. You have not tried to resolve this; you have tried to dismiss it. This public attempt to discredit a legitimate customer, rather than address the documented month of delays and shoddy workmanship, tells future customers everything they need to know. Do not waste your time here.

EDIT: these jokers can't even take responsibility for the damage they caused and are now gaslighting me on this review. Nice. On Thanksgiving, a deer hit my car on the driver’s side door. Despite the impact, the door still opened perfectly from the outside. I brought the car in for an initial inspection, and they claimed they had “fixed” the door—but instead, they completely broke it. Then they refused to take responsibility for the damage they themselves caused. For two months, I had to crawl in through the passenger side door—despite having a bad back—while still trying to work a job that requires constant driving. Their audacity was unbelievable. They destroyed my door and then flat-out refused to correct their mistake until they could schedule a full repair. Even after the insurance

I utilized majors for a bumper/fog light/AC compressor replacement after an accident. The customer service was very good, and the quality of the repair was excellent, as I couldn't even tell upon post-repair inspection that my car had been through an accident and had significant body work performed. Majors also worked with my insurer, and assisted with returning my rental car. Overall, I would recommend Major's for body work.

2016 Subaru Impreza Sport 2.0i Limited. I was quite speechless when I saw my car after the fix. Aside from the financial dent in my wallet, the whole process was smooth and painless. I can't say enough good things about this place. Surely hoping I don't ever have to return for another repair, but this place is at the top of my list if I ever need to do it again.
