I had an outstanding experience at Makestar yesterday. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was on another level. Kenny greeted me by name, which immediately set the tone for how personal and attentive the entire visit would be. The team was professional, customer service oriented, quick and accurate. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and finished faster than I expected. Makestar made me feel taken care of from start to finish. I left feeling confident in the work they did and genuinely impressed by my experience. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family!

Called yesterday. They had me set up 9am next morning. Spoke with Clay and Kenny in the office who both had a lot of knowledge about cars. I was able to get a lot of lingering questions answered and they were quick and very fair pricing. There was even a 3rd party financing option available. There are a lot of mechanics around. I felt like Makestar genuinely wanted to help and make it as affordable as possible. Full diagnostic report with photos of everything inspected. We wont be going anywhere else.

Been going to these guys for over a decade now. They are the best in the business. All the way down to taking their time to help me with an issue over the phone. I don’t say this lightly, but I’ve never had a shop that’s so willing to help and also do a fantastic job. Thankful for makestar!

Makestar did a lot of much-needed engine and other work on our 2006 Honda Pilot. We got great value and service. It still makes sense to fix up these good, old cars, but only with Makestar!!

I had my car diagnosed and am very satisfied with the service. Due to financial constraints, I haven't repaired it yet. However, once I have the means, I will definitely return to fix my car at this place.
