Mako Bay of Warner Robins

I came a little before 8 because I work late. 1st time here talk to the guy at the front about services but not once did he mention they closed at 8. He let me pay my money then when I get around to vacuuming turned them off at 8pm on the dot. When I told him I just need like 2 mins and I would be finished he told he he has no control of that. Paid 25 and didn't even finish vacuuming. Wasn't even there for 15mins. I can see if I was 30mins behind closing time but wow!

This car wash always has something going on. Today is my third time coming to get my car wash and I couldn’t, do to maintenance or some type construction. I came today and they told me I can’t use the vacuums because it’s sprinkling outside. I have a subscription with them but can’t reap the benefits of my subscription. $19.99 comes out of my account every month, I don’t think it’s fair for me to pay if I can’t use the car wash. 3 times!! I just want my money back.

I love this car wash & can’t say enough nice about their team member named Myles! I drive Tesla vehicles and they are notorious for being difficult in automated washes. He was really patient, friendly, and made my experience easy breezy. He even checked back in with me before I left to make sure I was leaving satisfied. Also, it’s a safe & clean environment. The vacuuming setup is really efficient as well. Definitely will be returning!

Absolutely amazing! The attention the gentleman gave our vehicle prior to running through the wash was unexpected and so thorough I can only imagine how brand new my car would seem with a full detail. I truly wish that the attendants at our carwash in S FL would care as much.

Professional, clean and a great experience. Elex made sure the wheels were clean and made the experience so much better. The car wash did a great job I didn’t have to touch up anything!
