Malecha's Auto Body, Faribault

Staff were courteous and helpful. I was provided with a loaner vehicle while repairs were being made with no hassle. They worked directly with my insurance company...they handled everything. This is the second time Malecha's repaired a vehicle for me. I highly recommend their service. My only disappointment was the interior was covered in a thick dust when I picked it up. It would have been nice if the car was wiped down prior to return. I give them a 4.75 start.

Recently, I was rear-ended by another vehicle. The first place I thought of was Malecha's Auto Body. I was sure glad I took my car there. They were transparent and upfront about how much damage my car had. They were nice especially James the one that answered many of my questions. :)

They had a reliable rental for me to use and kept me updated throughout the process. We are highly satisfied with their work and will recommend them to everyone that needs auto body repairs!

I truly appreciate the outstanding work from everyone at the shop! Katie did an excellent job communicating expectations and handling all the car rental details seamlessly. Ali really went to bat for me during the estimate process, especially when the insurance company was hesitant to cover the obvious damage caused by their policyholder. A big shout-out to the entire repair crew—my truck looks fantastic, with no trace of the damage that was there. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone’s hard work and for getting me back on the road so quickly!
