The salesman was solid — handled a lot of the process over the phone before I even made the drive, which I appreciated. No wasted time, no nonsense. When I got there, everything felt straightforward and above board. Mike, the owner, is clearly a car guy. You can hear it when he talks and see it in the inventory. My husband and I recently purchased an old school Ford Bronco from Malibu Automotive and are so happy. We found them online, didnt know anything about them, but decided to give them a call and see what we thought. When I called, Mike (one of the owners) answered. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the inventory, and answered all of my questions. Based on that call, we decided to go in person and take a look. Everyone was great, Nick who showed us the car we were interested in, Shant who helped with the financing, and of course Mike and Mike the owners. They really went above and beyond any other car shopping experience I’ve ever had, and are very customer satisfaction focused.
