This place had Bad Energy!! They acted like they were put Out & annoyed 😒 Then had my 500 sec Allll day & tried to keep it overnight even tho I Was very clear I needed it back by 5pm!! He did Not fix the car. Threw an Outrageous quote at me so I left & got car fixed for a Fraction of the price elsewhere. Last but Not least he left nasty black grease All over my beautiful interior. Horrible experience 🫥😶‍🌫️🤯

i change my mind about this place after today’s visit. i came in and told where my car’s hydraulic cylinder for soft top was leaking. they told me they will check it out and let me know. i mean i already knew what the problem was. i came to replace it. i called them after couple hours because i changed my mind about replacing my cylinder. They didn’t even touched my car at that point.i asked them to refill the hydraulic fluid reservoir. they charged $180 to refill a reservoir with $22. fluid and diagnostic. the tank is in my trunk. anyone with common sense can fill the tank. it literally takes 5 min to get to the tank. i refused the diagnostic when i called. come on i do engineering at oem car manufacturer. i know my car. i just didn’t want to mess fluid.

Malibu motors is the best alternative to a Mercedes-Benz dealership for cars older and new alike. Henry, a very assertive and knowledgeable owner. His team is right on point to what a car needs. I took ny 1999 C230 suspension and work, and I am very satisfied Sith the end result. They are what a service repair facility should be. And the customer service follow up and notifications just makes this a better review. I highly recommended to anyone who owns a Mercedes-Benz of any year make and model. You will not be disappointed.

this is my go to spot for my car services. I come here for usual oil changes and tire rotations. They are always very quick to get the process moving along and if they don't have time they give you an appointed time to head back and take care of your car
