I purchased a 2023 Lexus ES350 Ultra Luxury sedan on 2/4/26. The staff that I came in contact with were all wonderful. What I like most about them was that they weren't high pressure. I never felt like i was being pressured into anything. The finance manager (Chad) was totally awesome. He seemed to really care about my budget when it came time to add an extended warranty and GAP insurances. My original salesman was Trey Whittaker, he contacted me by phone and told me he would take a video of the car for me...I asked if he would be sure to take a picture of the moon roof... he did just that. Personally, I would never use this dealership again. The truck started having problems almost immediately. Four days after purchase, warning lights began showing up on the dashboard, and I hadn’t even driven it for the first three days. The buying process dragged on for over six hours, which should have been my first warning sign. The finance manager was dishonest and misleading throughout the process. I was told that if I purchased an extended warranty, Capital One would treat the truck as “new” despite having 20,000 miles and lower my interest rate by 3% while keeping my payment the same. I declined the warranty anyway, making it clear this was nothing more than a pressure tactic. He also told me that I could not refinance for six months, which I later confirmed was untrue. My purchase began on their website which I found to be the most efficient in giving the information you want to choose your new vehicle compared to the other local dealerships. I went in the same day after pre approval and test drove the vehicle. Not long after I was signing paperwork and Jeff was waiting for me at the door, vehicle cleaned, gassed up, and my belongings in the passenger seat. I have owned five Jeep Wranglers since 2010 (year models ranging from 1995-2020), so I say this as a long-time, loyal Jeep customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this dealership was very frustrating. 2 stars instead of 1 were given, as past experience was decent. I brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler in for a simple oil change and to diagnose a specific sound. I clearly told the staff not to turn the visit into a money pit of issues. Later, the dealership called and said they had found an “emergent issue” unrelated to the reason we came in. Soon after, we received electronic paperwork listing multiple issues and expensive repairs. We called and declined the repairs because of the price. Dylan, our salesperson, was excellent! He was both knowledgeable about the Ram truck we purchased and was extremely easy to work with, very personable as well. I never felt pressured, which is a welcome departure from other dealerships I've experienced. It was well worth the hour and a half drive to Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge and I'll be returning in the future.
