Had a great experience with Mall of Ga Ford Collision Center! The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at what they do. My car looks fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I absolutely recommend them to others and will be sure to return if my car ever needs more work done. Thanks again!!

Although the issue wasn’t fixed properly the first time, they quickly accepted the vehicle again and repaired it. The staff were very professional, efficient, and had an excellent service attitude. Special thanks to Mickey and Ernie for their extremely friendly service. 😊

I was weary of getting a bumper painted here as I've had paint work done here a few years ago where they left a swatch of the wrong shade of white on the hood and didn't cover it. However, decided to give them another chance. They did a GREAT job overall. They were able to get it painted the very next day and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and willing to help- Amina in particular. Ten steps above other shops I've been to in terms of this. Paint work is an 8/10 due to a little debris in the paint, but I may be over critical as I'm in a profession inspecting vehicles. Due to their quick availability, exceptional customer service and fair price, I'd give 5 stars. I'd happily go here again for paint work.

I’ve taking my cars to Mall of Georgia Collision Center for years. Ernie is the absolute best! Takes care of everything and has made sure I’m happy with the work they’ve done every time. I just left their shop with my latest damaged car and they have not missed a beat. Highly recommended!

I would steer away from this shop for your repairs. Initial interaction was just ok. Brought truck in for repairs on the front and back ends after being rear ended and pushed into the car in front. Repairs looked fine however there were a couple issues that I had that ended in a lapse in communication on their end with no resolution. There was no flexibility on dropping the vehicle off again for them to remediate the issues that I found. These were issues that they caused and did not exist before dropping it off. 3 issues. 1. My brake lights were flickering and working intermittently. I discovered there was a ground cable disconnected and dangling near the tailgate that was removed for repairs. 2. Backup camera was not working. After removing the trim in the tailgate I noticed the camera c
