Manahawkin Kia Service Center

We leased a 2025 Kia Telluride from Manahawkin Kia in May, and I want to start by saying the sales team was absolutely phenomenal. They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and never once pushy. Our sales experience deserves five stars. Unfortunately, our experience with the service department has been the complete opposite. On Halloween (Friday) morning, we discovered a flat tire and used Kia Assist to have the vehicle brought to Manahawkin Kia. We were told multiple times that the car would be done on Tuesday. We even called again on Monday to confirm and were told the same thing. On Tuesday, about two hours before closing, I went to pick up the car since we had repeatedly been assured it would be finished that day and it was the only time I had a ride to the dealership. First service visit with my Kia Forte….greeted immediately upon arriving…my car was taken right in, I was told probably about an hour …actually finished in 45 min . Waiting area clean comfortable and very accommodating. David Fawcett went over my service report with me when my car was finished. He even escorted me out to my car. My salesman Joe from 6 months ago recognized me while I was waiting, we had a nice chat. I highly recommend this dealership all employees are professional, helpful and friendly!

Check engine light came on, called was able to get an appointment next morning. Called and was told no problem to drop my car off day before appointment by Vincent. While dropping off requested oil change. Got a call a few hours later car was done! Check engine light resolved oil changed completed! Very pleased completed before scheduled appointment time!

Very Bad and Dangerous experience in the service department. My wife took her Kia Sorento in for oil change and rotate tires. While rotating the tires the technician cross threaded two of the lug nuts and destroyed them. The service manager then told her that two of the lug nuts were rusted and needed to be replaced at a cost of $200.00. She didn't think this sounded right so she left with only 3 of 5 lug nuts on the front wheel. I then went to AutoZone and bought two new ones for $3.29 each and installed them. Ridiculous that they didn't just replace what they messed up! Dangerous that they let her leave with only 3 lug nuts on one wheel!
