I had to leave a review, this is my second time using Manchester Autobody Repair Shop, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time I visited was a few years ago after I moved to the Connecticut area and needed repairs following a car accident. While driving through the Vernon area where I lived, I came across Manchester Repair Shop. The very next day, I inquired about repairs, and they immediately took my car in and got me into a rental with no hesitation. When the old lady stops you before dropping your first car off to talk about how good Manchester Auto Body is and how well they've treated her throughout the years, you know you're in good hands. Luis is the perfect guy to leave your car with. Not only does he charge 1/5 the price of a dealership, but he does a way better job in a shorter amount of time than any dealership. On top of his quality craftsmanship, he goes the extra mile to do small things for your car or find any problems you may have at no extra cost. So far, I left a deposit and it's been almost 4 weeks and they keep putting me off. When I call they say they will call me back by the end of the day , they never do. I know it's new owners, but im still waiting. I would not recommend them. They are not true to their word.

I left a negative review by mistake. It was another auto body shop on Broad St that I had a bad experience with. This auto body shop has excellent service. So sorry to the owner.

Stopped by because my buddy dinged the door on my 507 Edition C63 AMG. Luis did the touch up paint for free and sent me on my way. Wouldn't accept a dime. Thank you these guys are legit
