We purchased a 2013 RAV4 from this dealership and paid extra to have the catalytic converter replaced. Despite repeated follow-ups and delays, they finally delivered the vehicle — but it was far from fixed. The same issue persisted, and the car couldn’t even pass the Massachusetts state inspection. Worse yet, they stopped responding to messages and made no effort to make things right. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place. Absolutely the worst service we've ever experienced.

Bought a nice little white pick up truck here recently and worked with Arias. This dealership is great. Probably one of the few places I’ve ever bought from where I felt like I got a fair deal. They were very nice through the process and were not pushy at all. They also got it state inspected for me fast. Thanks again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a used car. I will definitely buy from these folks again in the future.

Great people and great service. I know one of the owner for a long time and I always have him to maintain my cars. Now he has his own place, so I took my car for transmission and differential fluid, and I could not be happier. Nicely done and reasonable price.
