They handled everything — title, plates, registration — which made it so simple and stress-free for me as a first-time buyer. The turnaround was super quick, and they were extremely knowledgeable about the car, making sure it was in great condition before I drove off. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, honest, and easy car-buying experience!

Had a great expierence purchasing my first car from here. Tre was my sales person and he was super helpful and professional through the whole experience. I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 XLT from him with 46K miles and it looked brand new in every way.

As an old man now, I have always detested - and still do - buying/trading autos, but Stephen made it as tolerable as possible, especially with me being located 700 miles away. He's a good guy first and foremost, though may be stretched a bit with his primary "side job" of buying and selling for auctions, in addition to retail selling for the Used Car Factory. However, I have complete confidence in his integrity and wouldn't hesitate to recommend dealing with him. If you happen to not be in their local area and buying via internet, just be patient and don't expect to negotiate.

Had a great experience at Manheim Used Car Factory. There was no hard selling or upselling. All of my questions were answered openly and thoroughly. We took possession of the vehicle immediately, thanks to Nelly who returned to work after her day was over to complete the paperwork! The car itself was incredibly clean and in mint condition. The follow up communication was above and beyond for customer service which is a rare experience in today’s world.

My dad and I test drove the car, and the owner, Andrew, answered all my questions and made sure our concerns were taken seriously and addressed. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful, which was great since I was nervous about making such a big purchase for the first time! And let's talk about the car... I LOVE it! It's everything I was hoping for and more. Also, quick shoutout to Andrew for being so nice and treating us with the experience of dinner at the Manheim Twin Kiss (right across the street). Not only did I drive off with a great car, but I also enjoyed a delicious vanilla milkshake. 10/10
