I highly recommend Maple Grove Auto Service. Nick the service advisor is very professional and knowledgeable. My car’s service is always preformed in a timely manner and I receive regular communication the entire time they have the car. They go above and beyond to make sure your car is repaired properly and you are satisfied. 5 stars!!!

Great service! Flat tire fix. These guys were able to get me in quickly. They communicated the entire time what the issue was and the potential outcomes to me. Thankfully, they removed the nails, patched the tire up, and got me on my way. Friendly and efficient! I plan on taking my '24 Rav4 hybrid back if I have any other issues. (Also, a clean, tidy bathroom is a big bonus.) Thanks big time!

I had taken my car to a different shop 3 times previously to fix the SAME oil leak, and I almost gave up trying to get it solved, but I took a chance on Maple Grove auto because my neighbors recommended them and I am SO glad I did. They fixed it in less than 24 hour (the other shop took a week each time) and they had a courtesy loaner car for me! The previous shop did not, so I had to fork out money each time for a rental car. I am beyond grateful and happy with my experience there I could cry! I will never go anywhere else again!

It is rarely my practice to leave negative feedback, as I prefer to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, following a potentially life-threatening mechanical failure and a subsequent experience with MG Auto Service, I feel a moral obligation to urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution. After my brakes failed on Highway 81, I had my vehicle towed to MG Auto Service. I agreed to a $199 diagnostic fee under the assumption that a professional assessment would be conducted. The shop eventually claimed the issue was a stuck vacuum check valve; when replacing it failed to solve the problem, they immediately recommended a full brake booster replacement. The quote provided was approximately $1,650, excluding the diagnostic fee. Seeking a second opinion, I had the vehicle

I had such a great experience at Maple Grove Auto Service. The staff was friendly, honest, and very patient with me. The pricing was fair and they explained everything they were doing so I didn’t feel confused or taken advantage of. The service was quick and the quality was amazing. I truly felt cared for here.
