After driving for a quick coffee run, I came home to a tire that was low. With the cold temperatures, I expected some air loss, but this was reading 15 PSI, yikes. I asked for a quote online from another local place (whose website says you will receive a response in 4 hours) and heard nothing. A friend recommended Maple Grove Tire, so I reached out to them and was told I could bring it in the next morning! I dropped my car off around 7:45 and was planning to walk the half mile home -- the technician offered me a ride, which I thought was very considerate considering the temperatures. My car was ready just a few hours later. They were very reasonably priced and he was able to repair my tire --I was honestly expecting a sales pitch for why I should buy new tires or list of things that neede

I want to share my experience. I came here for an oil change, but since I had a new car, the system showed a different model and by mistake the wrong filter was installed. It was late in the evening and everything was done in a hurry. As a result, when I drove to another state, oil started leaking, which turned into a serious problem. It was cold outside, and every 20–25 minutes I had to stop and add more oil until we made it. At another shop they discovered the issue, it was just the wrong filter. They fixed it and the car worked fine again. When I came back to Minnesota and explained the situation, this shop completely reimbursed me for all the oil I had to buy on the road. Happend 2nd time. After the tire repair, they didn't tighten the lugnust enough. First time when. It happened, I told them nicely and they said they will make sure it will not happen again to anyone. This happend again and could be very dangerous. Was with family on hwy when noticed sound and car shaking. Been their customer for more than 10 years. Never going there again.
