This tow company is a complete rip-off. They charge insane fees and even held onto my driver’s license and refused to return it until I paid. While I was simply trying to talk and understand the charges, they kept the clock running to increase the bill even more. I ended up paying $7,400 and all they did was move my vehicle that was stuck only a few feets. Completely unfair, aggressive, and dishonest. I do not recommend this tow company to anyone.

Simon saved us when no one else would come out. We spun out on ice on I-80 at midnight and flipped our trailer over. They sent 2 wreckers to flip the trailer over, and brought out a new pintle hitch to get us back on the road. The project ended at 3:30am and Simon constantly called us to provide updated about his location and other wrecks he was working that night. He had been working 32hrs straight last time we spoke with him. Our bill was $2k and we were happy to pay it. Anyone complaining can freeze and get themselves out of their situation. Take responsibility for your position. I own a business and can’t imagine the risk and costs in operating this kind of business. The wreckers cost $1.5M and can’t be financed. I can’t say enough good things about Maps Towing. I was stranded near Rawlings on the I-80 with a broken-down truck, and they came to the rescue fast. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. The repair work was top-notch, and their prices were fair, especially considering the high level of service. If you ever need towing or diesel repair in the Rawlins area, hit them up, they are the place to go. 10/10

Terrible experience. They charged a crazy amount of money just to move my vehicle that was stuck only about 7 feet. The price was absolutely unreasonable and not worth the service at all. I would never use this tow company again.
