I will have to say I usually do not leave reviews, but I do feel that others could benefit from what I have to say. I am a person who hates to purchase a vehicle from a retail lot, but this past weekends experience has made me a believer again. I am from SC and communicated 90% of the deal before I made the 1-1/2 hour drive to Shelby. We arrived and met Lucus who I had only texted with up until this point. He was friendly courteous and punctual. He had the vehicle that I was looking at pulled up front so I went straight over and looked at it, then test drove it and now to the part that I normally despise. Without exaggeration, I don’t recall ever leaving a review for any business I’ve been a customer of, but in this instance I feel like it’s warranted. Just received the car I purchased. From start to finish, doing business w/ Marburger in SC was as perfect of a car-buying experience as I could’ve hoped for. Called Monday because my check engine light came on. They took me in right away. They also performed any maintenance that needed done. Oil change, rotate tires, changed filters that were do, etc. Everyone was so nice, caring and helpful. I asked if they could wash my truck and the girl at the counter asked if I wanted the truck detailed. I’m so glad I agreed to have it done. Franco was amazing. My truck was spotless inside and out.. The ceramic coating made a huge difference. Even one of the salesmen offered me her phone charger for my phone because I was there most of the day. Jennifer was the best car saleswoman ever. The whole company was great. No hassle, no trying to make you buy. They listened to us, gave us what we wanted for our trade in and got our payments in our budget. First time owning a jeep. My husband bought a Dually last year from them and we love it too.
