Marc 1 Car Wash in Hoover is hands-down one of the best car washes around. The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do. The wash itself is thorough every time—my car always comes out spotless, inside and out with the free vacuums. The process is quick, well-organized, and the location is easy to get in and out of, which is a huge plus. I arrive expecting to, obviously, clean my car out and get it washed. Mainly needing to vacuum. When the customer service guy who I found out is the assistant manager- Came to assist me in the first machine wasn’t working…. That should’ve been a sign. I continue on to get a monthly club membership. He mentions nothing about the condition the property is in. After getting through the gates, I go straight to the vacuum and skipped the car wash. The first vacuum I pulled up to was completely off. I’m not sure if it wasn’t working or not, but it was off. I pull up to another one on the other end of the lot. It’s off too. I pull around to the other side to the third vacuum and it’s barely sucking anything up after three tries to vacuum out my car. I just decide to ask for a refund and I’ll go s

He took the time update my club membership to the option that actually made the most sense for my needs. You can really tell he cares about improving the customer experience. Mark One has steadily improved over time and kept up with new technology, and it shows. Jorden also shared that he’s working on making the vacuums even better based on past customer feedback, which I really appreciate. Great service and great leadership—highly recommend!

Before I go into my experience, I want to let it be known that a membership was offered to me multiple times while purchasing a basic wash….. After going through the car wash fine, I approached the vacuums to begin cleaning the inside of my vehicle. This was the main reason for my visit— Upon parking, I noticed quickly that there were no available towels, as well as no available glass/window cleaner or multipurpose cleaner available to anyone. Not one singular bottle or towel. The one available mat cleaning machine was also not functioning. When i asked an associate about the lack of…everything to clean the interior, i was told there was essentially nothing being replaced or done, and that I’d have to wait for cleaning towels to dry (which did not happen within the 30-40min of me vacuum

I’ve been a member here for years. The staff is great. The vacuums have not been. But my last few visits have proven they’re doing a great job keeping the vacuum lines cleaned out and my car feels so much cleaner 💙 Update: have been a few more times since and it seems like there’s always someone picking up the parking lot or cleaning out vacuum hoses. Very happy with the improvements
