Many companies assert their commitment to providing excellent service. My personal experience at Marcel's Collision was, in fact, exceptional. The staff demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and helpfulness. All necessary repairs and services were executed with remarkable proficiency. Every employee conveyed a sense of genuine care and addressed my concerns with utmost seriousness. I intend to return to this establishment for any future vehicle collision requirements. Marcel's Collison Inc. Recently I had stressful experience. I had a collision in a shopping parkin lot. It was the first time I had a car accident. I called my Insurance company Desjardins, they send me to Marcell's Collision Inc. I went to Marcel's and my experience changed. The customer service at Marcel's was amazing. It was a great experience from the start to finish. The service from all the staff was exceptional. Great work an excellent service from all the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The car is was fixed quickly and look like original. The car is new and thanks to Marcel's excellent job, the car is looking in perfect new condition. They transformed an stressful experience in a happy ending with their friendly an efficient service. Thank you to everybody.

Got rear ended at the end of August and I brought my car into Marcel’s for a quote. They were super accommodating and informative. Thankfully, it wasn’t structural and all cosmetic so I was able to get into car in within 2 weeks and fixed it up within a week. Make sure you have rental car coverage and they’ll supply you with a rental for the duration of the fix. My car looks better than ever! I found my preferred body shop and I’ll recommend Marcel’s to anyone ☺️

Amazing! I was in an accident yesterday (someone reverse smashed into me). I was in and out of there in 20 minutes with a rental and the confidence that my van is in good hands.
