My recent experience with Marchal Automotive was nothing less than Fantastic!!! I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota 4 Runner from a “reputable” automotive chain.. won’t mention the name … anyhow it was immediately clear the car was good but some things should have been checked and fixed before me purchasing. I went back multiple times to their service department and nothing really was done. Actually they made me feel like I was a bit crazy for thinking something was wrong. Marcus made getting my Honda Civic serviced extremely convenient. He took care of everything I needed — valve lash adjustment, oil and transmission service, spark plugs, filters, and even a valve cover gasket replacement. He explained the work clearly, was professional and thorough, and left my car running smoother than it has in years. The entire process was hassle-free and the quality of work was top notch. I initially made an appointment for an oil change, not realizing it was not officially opened. I pulled up to the shop and walked in confused. I spoke with Marcus who was the new owner explained I made an appointment online. He apologized for the online scheduling mix up and still did my oil change. Marcus and his wife went above and beyond and still serviced my vehicle. I am relieved I was able to find a new mechanic within walking distance from my home.
