What a gem of a business!! Our car battery failed us on vacation and we were lucky to be referred over to Mariners. Eric the owner greeted us and immediately took control of the situation. Not only did he take good care of us but he went above and beyond, sending us off with fresh oil and wiper fluid. The customer service was beyond impeccable. They were genuinely concerned for us and interested in knowing us as people. The place itself is clean, obviously well run and family oriented. We feel so fortunate to have found them!

Eric and Amber are really great people. The service is great. The shop is quick turn around. I bring my trucks here that I rely on for my livelihood, so that should say something.

This place is the best out in the Hamptons. I've taken my Jeep to other mechanics in the past but now I only let Eric work on my JK....He is extremely knowledgeable, well priced, super friendly, with no pretense.....and best of all Honest. Mariners Auto saved the day! This is by far the best Auto Repair shop that I have ever dealt with - the Owner and employees were attentive, thorough, fair and fast - all in all an absolute pleasure to work with. After a stressful day of car trouble and a long ride on a tow truck - they really helped to make the best of a bad situation, put a smile right back on my face and got me back out the door and on the road in record time. I really can't thank them enough, I only wish that I lived closer so that I could make Mariners my full time go-to repair shop - HIGHLY recommended!
