I had a good impression of this place because my mother used them for her older car and she felt that she could rely on them to make sure it was safe. I met the guys over the years while picking her up and dropping her off and liked them too, thought they seemed friendly. So one day when I heard a rattle that sounded like it was coming from my exhaust, I thought I'd try to save some money by taking a look myself (rather then go to the dealer where I knew there'd be a diagnostic charge no matter how small the issue might be), and realized it was just a cracked bolt on a heat shield, I thought of them and that they might be willing to just sell me the bolt I needed so I could make the fix myself. Not only did they sell me the single bolt, they offered to put my car up on a lift and install

I was very pleased with how quickly and efficiently they checked out what was needed and immediately gave me the new brakes I needed. I dropped my car off at 10 and it was ready by 5 to pick up. They were kind and honest to deal with and I would highly recommend them.
