Got into an accident and had to get my doors replaced. I was having issues with the other party’s insurance company and Mario Auto Services helped me along the way. The insurance company was trying to total my car at 45% value. Mario and his team fixed my car and made it look better than before the accident! Claudia and Mario were communicating with me throughout the entire process and their service was top notch. Thank you again!

Where to even begin! 5 stars isn’t enough for The amazing service all around. From the start Claudia was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable when it came to the best way to fix my car. It was a complicated job due to the type of car and she took the time to find the best solution. She never tried to sell me, and was upfront from the beginning about expectations and what was possible. The car looks amazing post-work and I feel very well informed from beginning to end. Working with Mario Auto was a very pleasant experience from the start. Claudia was extremely helpful in navigating the entire experience from beginning to end. She helped with getting the vehicle to the shop, how to handle insurance, and even made sure i was able to get a perfect color match. I’ve personally never had to deal with a vehicle accident let alone actual body repair on a vehicle and she made it so easy. She was even available past closing time for me to come by with documents and key drop off. The technicians that worked on my vehicle were very helpful as well and did an amazing job on the repairs. As stated they were able to perfect match the new pieces which i was very afraid of given it’s a very vibrant white car that had slight yellowing in some spots. They washed the car

Everyone here was incredibly kind and explained the options for fixing my car very thoroughly and clearly. The quote they gave me ended up being pretty spot on with my final charges. They went out of their way to treat me well as a customer and to make sure I was as little inconvenienced as possible while my car was getting repaired. I was very impressed by everyone there and found them to be very trustworthy. I would definitely go back if my car needed repairs again.
