Great experience overall. I had an oil change and a four-wheel alignment done here, and everything went smoothly. The pricing was very reasonable, and the wait time was shorter than expected. Matt was especially helpful — very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back in the future.

S & N is easily the best place to get your car serviced. Brought my car in 2 weeks ago for breaks to be serviced. They were very transparent with what was going to be done. Fast forward to today, brought it in because there was a squeaking and rattling coming from my breaks and under the car. Turned out it was a defective break pad. They fixed it and it was covered by warranty. From the time I walked in to the time left with the car Matt was transparent with everything from parts to price. Highly highly recommend

Service was good and kept in touch with me while they they were servicing my car. Prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, I have to give a 3 star rating and I will explain why below. I called them a day earlier and asked them if it was ok to bring my own tires and they said that’s ok,making me also do a few other services this shop offers, on my car. Went to the shop and wanted to confirm I had the right size of tires before I went back to work, while they service my car. The young man at front desk was nice about it, but on the other hand one of the employees there or maybe one of the owners (since he mentioned he’s been there for 40 years) started throwing a tantrum at me from the moment I met him, all the way to when he checked my tires and till we went back to the shop inside. My experience at Schwartz & Nagle was outstanding! From a price quote over the phone that was reasonable and then adjusted down when I picked up my car (who does that?!?!), to scheduling first of the day service and then being open early, to having an employee return me home so I did not have to wait, everything leading up to the work was easy and focused on making sure I was cared for. The maintenance (rear brake pads and rotors) was done quickly and flawlessly, and picking up my vehicle was fast and easy. I highly recommend Schwartz & Nagle and will certainly be a returning customer!

Update, my second time working with the staff was wonderful. I had tires replaced. Gerry gave me quality tires at a very affordable price and found the alignment was wearing my previous tires prematurely. They were able to correct the alignment as well. I drive an older vehicle, so it is a blessing to find vehicle maintenance/service providers who deliver peace of mind as well as quality service. Great service and staff! Their fees are very reasonable. I most definitely recommend this place for your auto maintenance and repairs.
