I'm not big on doing Google reviews but I felt compelled today that I needed to do one. I have been serving my car at Mario D'Addario for the last 5 years, specifically because I wanted to stay on top of All the maintenance required for my car. I consistently replace all the fluids and always ask is everything up to date. Which is always meant with yes sir. I brought my car there 6 weeks ago to have a transmission flush and they never said that I needed to replace the oil or fluid in the transfer case. So the last week my car was acting irregular. I brought it in to see what's going on and they tell me that the oil has never been changed in my transfer case and it needs to be replaced at a cost of $4,000. I was literally mind blown when they told me. Today I asked to speak to the service

Dear Mario, I had reached out to your service management team and yourself on 1/30 through the links on your website. I reached out again via link to fill out a survey a few days later requesting a call back. Unfortunately I never received one. I am very upset because of the lack of communication and terrible service received from your service department from my first phone call to requesting to speak with a manger after my service. I was so frustrated that I paid my bill to leave before I made a scene. First phone call to schedule my appointment 1.5 weeks out. Called myself day before to confirm because I never received a confirmation. Just purchased a 2023 Chevy Equinox from Mario D’Addario! I had a great sales associate, Horacio, who was very patient and knowledgeable. He showed me a few midsized SUVs before I ultimately made my choice. And Mr Larsen, the finance manager, was great too!! Never had such a smooth experience like this at any other dealership before. I’m sooo happy!!

Well, once again, they could only tell me what I already knew was a problem and charged me to give me back the car without finding what is drawing down the battery. If I bring it in and say I want to find out why the battery is draining because there is a draw off it, why would the tests not be done for that to find the draw? Not to tell me the battery is no good when the battery was good/new and being drawn down! There are tests that could have been done that were not!!! They could have checked on a few fuses that I specifically noted might be the problem at least! But, from what I was told, the machine said it was the battery. If there is something drawing off the battery then no kidding the battery is showing signs of not working to it's fullest. DUH!! I am not a mechanic but I had br

Stay away from this place. They clearly don’t value loyal customers or the business you’ve given them over the years. Tom in the service department was dismissive and lacked basic customer-service communication skills. Dealing with him was frustrating and unprofessional. Dan, the director, has been unresponsive and unwilling to address ongoing issues. It feels like they’re only interested in you when you’re spending money — if you have a problem, you’re ignored. There are plenty of other dealerships that actually appreciate their customers. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
