Recently had a engine replaced at Marion Automotive and noticed a smell of oil burning. They got us in quickly and found the problem and replaced the part at no expense since it is still under warranty. They offer great customer service and keep customers in the loop as they go, from diagnostics to costs to repairs.

We experienced a breakdown while traveling to Bristol, va from NC. Our truck was towed here. We simply could not have asked for a better experience in this stressful situation. The dealership owner got one of his guys to drive us the 40 miles to Bristol on his (the owner's) vehicle where we had reservations at Hardrock. Early the next morning they called and said our truck was fixed and they were bringing it to us. Best customer service ever!
