Turkey Pen Inc

My vehicle started making a buzzing noise while I was working out of town. One of my coworkers who lives locally suggested Turkey Pen. I called Turkey Pen & they were able to look at it the same day. I dropped the vehicle around 11am. I called at 2pm as instructed & spoke to the mechanic. He explained the problem was most likely a wheel bearing, but it was not bad enough for him to determine which wheel. I explained I had already had the driver's side front wheel bearing replaced 2 months before. The mechanic suggested I pick up the vehicle & drive it until the noise became more discernable. I arrived to pick up the vehicle & was told there was no charge. I drove another week (500+ miles), called to schedule & dropped my vehicle the next day. This was the absolute worst repair job I have ever seen. My car is three different colors of white. There is a broken headlight, over spray on the motor (baked on). Over spray on the headlights. Parts that were supposed to be replaced that were not. The whole front end is crooked. It looks like either a high school student did the work or someone who didn't care. Weld that wasn't properly done that will rust out. It was never washed. They took over two months and I still cannot drive my car. Shotty work.

Fast, honest and fair. I would highly recommend this shop.

I would love to give them ten stars! Excellent work: my car looks like new again. Great customer service. They communicated with us when our parts were delayed from Dodge. They coordinated with and accepted my insurance. I have zero doubts, I will use their service again!

Traveling through Marion and the rear panel of my Jeep had separated from the body. Called Turkey Pen and they told me to come on over. Very accommodating, very friendly, very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any type of body work. Thank you Turkey Pen.
