My 2017 F150 with the 6 speed 5.0 gave me problems at 60.000 miles I replaced fluid and filter and still had same issues. Like I was hitting the rumble strip on the side of the highway. Mark told me it needed a new torque converter so they replaced it. So now it runs and shifts a little bit better then when I got it. So iam happy

These guys know what they’re doing they get the job done and they do it right!!! My 2016 GMC Acadia runs better with 152,000 miles on it with a rebuilt transmission and torque converter than it did when I bought it with 4000 miles!

It’s hard to find good mechanics. We’ll have I found a good one. He works on transmissions, unlike a lot of other shops that just wanna sell u a new transmission or rebuilt one. Mark diagnosed my Ford Explorer and it was a single solenoid that was causing the problem. He informed me on the problem and the cost to fix it. He stays booked up but is worth the wait. He saved me alot of money. Thanks so much to everyone at Mark Howell’s Transmission!!
