Awesome. These guys are super nice, explain all costs, and as fast as can be. My car required a few order-off parts, so they were constrained by delivery times of ordered parts. They are a bit of a drive if not in the Pikeville area, but worth it. They were recommended to me by my local tire/oil change mechanic and it was well worth the drive.

There word is no good and u can not trust them.Your car is how u feed ur kids .this place lied and charged me more than my quote. SHADY the owner Don't know wht is going on in his on shop .Hires who ever he can get I bet know one there has ne certificates more then on the job training .thay replace my alternator and tryed to charge me 1026$ after giving me a 700$ quote

We took my daughters car in thinking there was an issue with the power steering motor/pump. They took the time to find the issue and do some research. They found that there was a recall on the steering column, wrote up their findings, printed off the recall information and referred us to the dealership for repairs. I can't thank the staff enough for their honesty...this is true customer service! The car is being repaired as I type this free of charge at the dealership!!
