Great experience with service and advisor Steven Voss. I appreciated the thorough details on what had been checked. I had tires balanced and rotated due to vibration and one was in fact out of sync as communicated to me. The info gives me confidence the work was done correctly.

We were in Salt Lake for a medical procedure and Josh Gathercole in service came to the rescue When are check engine and other lights suddenly started flashing while we were on the interstate. He was able to quickly check the codes, set up a service appointment, set up loaner car, and help me understand the recommendations and make decisions about what to fix and what not to fix. He also made himself available for follow up questions. I would happily work with him again and trust his input. He was generous and kind during a stressful time.

These days it’s hard to find good customer service. Everyone gets annoyed and rush you, well not today. This morning I called the parts department at Subaru midtown and spoke with Caden. Not only did Caden help me with the parts I needed, he also helped my family by making sure they received the correct parts. Hope Subaru can see that’s he’s a great asset to their company. I wish there were a way for me to rate a zero or a minus number here. We have had an extremely poor experience either Mark Miller Subaru service department over the course of several years. We purchased a 2019 Ascent from them which has been problematic from the beginning. A few years ago, the service department repaired the brakes and forgot to screw down the bolts when they were finished. On a road trip, we were left stranded for several days because of a stupid and dangerous mistake. Recently, we had several a couple of indicator lights appear and we stopped there because it was close. I had a stubborn airbag light on my 2016 Crosstrek and Mark Miller Subaru nailed it. Joshua Gathercole coordinated everything, kept me updated, and worked with the selling dealer and manufacturer so my ACM replacement was fully covered. Zero runaround, zero headache, zero bucks.
