Kaley was amazing through the whole process of buying a used camper. Our first night camping was a success due to the knowledge and tips shared in the walk-through. They loved on our pup Rocky to assure he also was happy during pick-up.

While staying in Geneva, OH, the top of our Air-Conditioning cover was damaged in a storm. Ponch at Mark Wahlberg Airstream was the only place that could get the part within 24 hours so we could get back on the road. The service we experienced was top notch! Thank you!

Mike, Ron and Nick did an amazing job rebuilding my electrical system, including solar hookup, batteries, and inverter. They upgraded my entire panel situation and began a conversion for my Skoolie to a much more functional system. Highly recommend their capabilities and professionalism. First time since owning my Skoolie that we got through a night - in the off season - boon-docking without a single fault or alarm. We are VERY Happy Campers!!

Mark Wahlberg Airstream service team is amazing! We recently experienced a power/ battery issue with our 2020 Globetrotter (aka Sweet Serendipity). Despite my random thoughts of worst case scenarios, Mike and Melanie waved their magic wand and made everything perfect. Mike is absolutely the Airstream Subject Matter Expert in NE Ohio. He thoroughly knows every system and better yet, he was able to explain it to me as if it were simple. Furthermore, Mike called me the following morning to confirm the issue had been resolved. Wow! Thank you very much, we will be back if the need arises. And now…off to more Airstream’in Dream’in.

Jules the GM was great! His friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful buying experience. Cici our sales rep was OUTSTANDSING!! Her knowledge of the different models was amazing. I felt she really listened to our wants and desires for a new trailer. Mike and Melanie in service were extremely helpful with our trade in that had a levelling problem.
