I have been coming to Marks for a very long time and they continuously impress me more and more !!!. I feel so comfortable with the repairs they do and the advice or recommendations they give me.... From the second I make my apt up until I pick my car up I am treated just like family... Would recommend 100 % will be a customer for life!!

I drive the same vehicle for over 25-years, so I am here more than most people on car repairs, but I love my vehicle and it is still cheaper than buying a newer one when insurance and cost of vehicle is taken into consideration. I know what I am talking about. The staff is knowledgeable and the job is always completed right the first time. I am always informed on the cost before works starts. They are professional, skilled and take pride in their jobs. Fully recommend but not really because then it will be harder to get in. Just kidding. This shop has integrity and are trustworthy. Family-owned and certainly family pride!

The employees there go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable in your car. I trust them 100% with every car of mine. 10/10 recommend with all your car needs.

Mark and his son Andy always take good care of our cars. They treat them like their own. They are super busy so book ahead of time. Great people to deal with!

I went here several years ago and never returned because instead of simply stating "we don't do free estimates" he had to "mansplain" what an estimate was. A week or so ago, i was in a bind with leaking coolant. I talked to the receptionist and while she warned me they were full that day (Tues), she told me she could "get it in" the next day. She was helpful and worked with me about picking it up after hours. She did not tell me they were fully booked that entire week and "get me in" just meant they would look at it, and not repair it until the following week. It was a one day job. I don't know who can survive without a car for a week in this town, never mind a working person. They knew I had a job to get to and I even told them I had a rental car.
