Please do not give any credence to the single negative review about Mark. Her review alone is all I need to understand completely why Mark refused her "business". She's the problem in her own life. I doubt I would have handled it as well as he did! Seek help young lady. Mark's been our trusted mechanic for all 4 of our vehicles for the last 7 years after he was highly recommended by a close friend. Truthful, accommodating, prompt, professional, knowledgeable... I was recommended to go to Mark’s by someone who has been using their services for a number of years. Which included extended family members. The word of mouth was all I needed to allow me to trust their skill set to handle my vehicle. Prior to my recent experience, they have been professional and timely. This time around, I was disappointed to hear that the owner, who repeatedly exclaimed that he has been in the business for 40 years, was “hurt” and felt “bullied” by my simple questioning of services and pricing. He provided an estimate for a much needed repair and I questioned why such a high value for a part, that I found would not cost much for an aftermarket replacement. Based on the review below, it is clear that this customer was in the wrong. The experience I’ve had with all 6 of my cars over the past 27 years at Mark’s Auto has been amazing. This shows that you can’t make everyone happy in this world and some people do not like to be told “No”. Keep up the great work Mark’s Auto! I will continue to refer the next set of customers as I have done before.

A family owned business that is honest and capable of delivering quality work. I take all my vehicles to Mark's shop and have never regretted it. Mark and his son are very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them if you are in the area!
