I had the best experience with the team over at town fair tire in rocky hill . I was greeted promptly upon arrival and given great customer service. Nick Will and Tim were very knowledgeable and honest with their service recommendations. I was able to purchase brand new tires at a very good affordable price unlike other places on top of being able to be seen quick as a walk in . I will definitely be returning as a repeat customer .
Rocky hill town fair tire is outstanding!!! Not only did they repair and replace my tire, they got me in as a walk in, and out the door in less than twenty minutes. Tim, the assistant manager was incredibly helpful, pleasant and personable! I will definitely be back to purchase tires and will forever be loyal to this store!! Very satisfied customer!
I cannot say enough about Town Fair Tire in Rocky Hill! My car was due for a new set of tires recently. I had went to a different Town Fair Tire location that was next to my job and had a new set put on, however shortly after started noticing issues with the wheel vibrating and became concerned. I ended up stopping at the Rocky Hill location on my way home from work one day as it is close to where I live. Mike instantly greeted me and I explained the whole situation. He was quick to want to get to the bottom of it. Even provided me with the back line number to call him directly. First they tried balancing the tires however still had the issue. He put on new front tires however that unfortunately didn’t solve the issue either. He then suggested swapping all 4 tires out and putting on the o
Willie was a great help. I popped my tire some time the night before and realized 11 am the next day. Got all new tires aligned and for way under a grand which is what I was waited. I appreciate all the help today
