Rigo was amazing! He fixed my black water tank issue in just a few minutes and claimed he couldn't help me with my generator. He referred to me to someone in town who could, but they were too busy. With a few suggestions from the referral, a saga that had lasted almost 4 days!

These guys are great! I had some issues getting through the mountains hauling my trailer and we thought my truck wasn’t going to make it so we stopped in Winnemucca. We met with Mateo bright and early to check things out. He’s an awesome guys who knows his trade! After everything checked out but I was still concerned he rode with us to listen to the truck and ended up sharing a lot of information on how my truck runs hauling that much weight and tips and tricks to have a smother ride. After following his advice it was a breeze getting through the next 9 hours heading north! If you ever need help near northwest Nevada these are the guys to see!

I am so Thankful for R&V! We have a new RV (less than a year old) and have had a lot of issues. The control box in the AC failed and after waiting for weeks for the dealer to send us the part we started calling around. It was impossible to find anyone willing to work on an RV! These guys were up front and so easy to work with. They showed io the same day we called for an appointment and were in and out in less than 20m. They were clearly knowledgeable and professional. As a bonus, they were sweet to our nosey dogs, and that was awesome!!! Last note: Price was amazing! Thanks guys. True life savers in the summer heat.

Highly recommend the crew at R&V. These guys took me in last minute, no questions asked--I have a difficult BMW that required a new alternator, and they did a wonderful job fixing my car. So grateful they got me back on the road as quickly as they did.

This business has great costumer service! Had a check engine light come on during our way traveling to Reno. I called them and they were very kind from the start. I let them know how far I was out and they were ready and willing as soon as I arrived. The gentlemen fixed the error code without a problem and we were off on our way.
