I live 1.5 hours away and my mom lives in Chillicothe. My mom has taken her cars to Mark for at least 15 years. Scott gives her a ride home and picks her up when her car is ready. These guys are super trustworthy and don’t price gouge ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well done guys 🤜🏻🤛🏻

They have had my car for almost 2 weeks! So much for needing it for work or to pay bills, etc. They were explained to multiple times it was the only vehicle. They are holding it to get more money out of the insurance. It was dropped off on Wednesday March 26 for a rack and pinion that went out. It sat there all day as well, with no one running the diagnostic that was $200 in cash! They just plan on keeping it until they feel like giving it back I guess! Enjoy making the payment because I'm not! It's in your possession and being kept.

Scott is a very personable and honest mechanic. Absolutely will not go to another repair shop again. Great reliable repairs and a good price.

I was traveling from North Myrtle Beach to Chicago. My timing chain was done. I stopped at Marks shop and let me tell you. What a great bunch of guys. I had an estimate and when my car was finished it turns out the labor wasn't what they thought it would be. Cost was considerably under estimate. They could have charged me the estimate and I would never have know. These guys have integrity. How awesome to find genuine and honest people. Thank you for getting me back on the road. I arrived in time for my daughters visit to Chicago. Wether you are traveling or I am sure a local. This is the place to go. Thanks again you guys. Oh! The work is top notch!

I drove to Mark's shop and he asked me if I had a ride back. I told him no and he had one of his employees drive back with me in my truck and dropped me off at my house to take it back to work on it. I was very appreciative of the care and concern displayed. Plus he doesn't price gouge and is in general a good mechanic. I definitely recommend his services 💯
