This place has the most professional people from towing staff to reception staff and specially, Dave and his staff in bodyshop is the true example of going above and beyond. One of our truck 2020 Freightliner Coronado (White) got damaged by another carrier in Maryland rest area damage was quite substantial truck wasn’t drivable. From first call after midnight for towing to getting truck fixed was a phenomenal experience in terms of quality parts, workmanship and timely communication from bodyshop manager Dave who handled all the insurance formalities himself. Mark’s equipment absolutely earned my respect and future business! Job well done Dave.

Started off with promises unfulfilled. Screwed me in the end. I would not recommend as they just lie to you and overcharge. Cost me a grand to have them do nothing and they asked for more before I called them out. I’m glad I will never deal with them again. They didn’t look for parts and charged me $1000 to basically put the broken parts back on my truck.

My car broke down and I left it at the park on Ballenger. Don't do that. It was towed. I was so upset when I went to Mark's to get it back. Each person I interacted with treated me with warmth and friendliness. Because of their kindness I actually left feeling better that when I arrived. Hillary was especially helpful!

Best shop in town. Broke down just down the road. Made a call to Marks, they had a service truck to me within the hour. Problem diagnosed and fixed within a few mins. Fast friendly service. Very professional crew here. Knowledgeable mechanics get ya back on the road in no time. Will definitely keep their info for future reference! Thanks again guys! Much appreciated.

Needed a simple tow to get my car back on the road, nothing more. It was around 9 at night and they were the only place available that late, which was nice. Service was also very efficient. Only problem was the price. Not an expert on towing but I’m pretty sure $350 is a bit much for simply getting my car out of a ditch (the whole process took around 15 minutes). Not sure if this has anything to do with it but on the invoice they marked the start of service at when I first called them, which was around an hour before they arrived. Again, very grateful they had someone available that and the service was good, but I can’t help but feel I got ripped off.
