I had a great experience last week with Mark's European Automotive. It started with a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service that continued throughout the entire engagement. Curtis was awesome to work with—very responsive and professional. When I expressed concern about the cost of the different options, the mechanic, Chris, called me. He listened to my ideas on how we could phase the repairs and gave me honest feedback that led to a workable solution. I really appreciated the whole experience and will definitely be coming back. Could not be more happy with Marks Automotive. We took my wife’s Audi Q5 in for repair and service. We were greeted by Curtis. He was extremely professional both on the phone and in person. They took my wife’s car in and diagnosed the issued we had quickly. They sent us a detailed email explanation of the repair and called us to discuss the details. They also checked over the vehicle and recommended the required services that were due. Everything was detailed separately in the estimate for repairs. We had them perform both the repair we came in for as well as the current recommended services. I had a great experience at Mark's European. The Service Manager, Curtis, was very cordial and accommodating. From the moment I was greeted, to time spent with him on the phone,, to providing me with exact costs, and taking my vehicle in for service earlier then my scheduled appointment date...Every step of the way, I could not have been happier. Curtis is very knowledgeable and thorough, which gives me the utmost confidence in his work, ethics, and skills, plus the confidence in Mark's European. Curtis is a great spokesperson and ambassador for this shop. I came in for an oil change for my Audi and though they recommended some minor services beyond the oil change, they assured me they were not necessary at the moment. There was no high pressure and they answered my questions with honesty and clarity. They were efficient and direct. Will return for sure.
