Mark's Super Service Center

I can’t say enough kind words for this service center. I am in town from out of state for work and needed an alignment badly, I already went to 3 other places who wouldn’t do it claiming the tires were too wide, their alignment machine is too old, etc. Finally I found this place and man were they all a breath of fresh air. They were a little confused as to why other places were saying it was too wide because it’s standard width but that’s okay! That’s the other locations loss because I wouldn’t have found this place had they not turned me away. They got me in and out in about an hour. Jamie did the alignment, took it for a test drive, came back and made a few adjustments, did another test drive then it was done! What these guys charge should be illegal. Took my truck in for some suspension work, after a $185 diagnostic fee they quoted me a crazy price. They also recommended a new air filter for $73 ($20 on Amazon for the same Fram filter) AND THEN $55 to install it. WHAT? This isn't some exotic filter, it's an F150 - takes about 2 minutes to install if you take your time. The suspension parts were quoted at about $620, I can buy the same parts (good quality Detroit Axle parts) for $130. Then they want an insane amount for labor ($758 to install 2 lower ball joints). I always try to support small local businesses but not this time.

This place is a ripoff. You’re better off hiring a surgeon to fix your car bc thats what these guys charge for labor. Took them overnight to do a basic job and then they add extra hours for labor to do a job that should only take a real mechanic an hour. Never again.

I had 2 tires put on at this small, veteran-supportive auto shop. There was a mishap when I came to pick up my vehicle, and while I could have been upset, I was honestly more impressed with the way they handled it. The level of personal care, prompt attention, and first-class customer support was outstanding. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business responds that really shows their values. I still highly recommend this shop!

UPDATE 7/29/2022 once again, I have to brag on the service of Marks Super Service Center. I am in the market for another car and I have brought a car I may be interested in. They moved swiftly to get the car up on the rack and gave me a detailed list of what's wrong. Makes buying a car so much safer. and they love my best friend JESUS † ************************************************** UPDATE 7/21/2022. It is hard to find honest auto mechanics this day and age but these guys are the bestest. Ask for Tino and he will guide you in the right direction EVERY TIME. † ******************************************** These guys are so good to their customers I would recommend them anytime to anyone.
