Terry rebuilt the transmission for my truck. He was great to communicate with and got it done in under a week. The truck runs great now! I highly recommend him for any work you need done!

I left these people a message on the weekend hoping for a call on Monday morning to schedule an appointment. Some drunk guy called me back at 930pm and said "you people must think im open 24/7". Asked me what my problem was and then laughed at me and said I bought somebody else's problem. I dont know anything about vehicles and was just looking for a little help. I dont give bad reviews often but this was seriously some crazy stuff to do to a customer.. im glad I didnt have them work on my vehicle they dont deserve mine nor anybody else's business with that type of drunken arrogance.

I was on vacation, camping when the transmission on my hummer h2 went out. It had been rebuilt 4 months prior to the trip. Terry with Marquette transmissions and Nick from Omaha transmission where I had rebuilt worked together to fix the trans, turns out it was a bad torque converter which took out the pump. Terry even picked me up from the airport so I didn't have to pay for a cab. Who does that? I had to fly back to get my Hummer. I'm posting this to say thanks to Terry and Nick for doing the right thing and Terry for going the extra mile to help out a stranger get his Hummer home. It's good to know there are folks still willing to help.

Saturday July 5th, I had a major tranmission leak which lead to larger issues. I called on July 5th, left a voicemail explaining my issues. Terry calls me back on Sunday! SUNDAY! July 6th. He wasn't open but still returned my call. Explained to him that I was 15 hours away from home and had major transmission issues with our Excursion, and were on a time table and only in town for the week. They had the transmission out of the vehicle on Monday morning, had parts ordered by the end of the day. Parts arrived on Wednesday and they were done with a complete transmission rebuild WITH upgrades by end of the day Wednesday. Unbelievable turn around! I would HIGHLY recommend Terry for any and all transmission needs and repairs. Drove 1000 miles home smoothly and happily!

I was hoping to post a review before the frozen season but alas - that didn't happen. We broke down on a Friday on a late September morning, I knew my transmission was shot and I was a 1,000 miles from home. I called three of the closest shops, all said they were too busy. My next call reached Terry and he knew I was in a pickle. He said he would do what I could but no promises. Then, he was able to locate a rebuilt transmission in Wisconsin, have it shipped and installed within a weeks time, about 3 weeks quicker than the next best estimate. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops when I was calling around. Terry went above and beyond and made a friend while doing it - After our van was towed to Terry's shop we had to get back to the east coast for work
