Marshall Valvoline Express Care

Was passing through Marshall and my bonnet under the front of my Ford Edge was dragging. Stopped in and told them my problem. They were extremely busy but the owner had me pull to an open bay and had one of his technicians take care of the problem. Would not accept any pay. Outstanding service and easy to see why it is a busy place. Top shelf operation. Would highly recommend !! Thanks

I got a new car and I knew nothing about the tire pressure. Every time I would try to add air in it it seems like I was letting it out. Kala at the Marshall store greeted me with a smile reassured me that everything was going to be fine and that she could take care of me. She checked my tires and checked my fluids. So Kala I really want to thank you because I was so frustrated that day.

Very quick, and provided honest (Verified) advice on necessary repairs. They remembered to air the tire. Didn't upsell. I'm pleased!

The employees were very nice and the shop was clean. But they charged me more than double what I pay for filters and oil at orileys. I understand the shop fee, but a $100 for a single fuel filter is just wild.

They totally messed my car up !! I am getting an attorney and going to Marshall news messenger and news station. I sent him a text a couple of weeks ago asking if he would assist me in repairing my car and still no response so yes I am going to the newspaper and write an article about them. U had to keep taking it back because he messed it up and when I he took me for a drive to make sure it was running right I recorded everything he said to me and one of things he said is he normally don’t work on Toyotas and that his wife has one! I said to myself well you should have never touched my car!!
