Marshalls Autobody

We brought our vehicle to Marshall's to fix some damage to our 2019 VW Tiguan. Another shop wanted to charge us for an estimate! The work they did at Marshall's is exceptional! They kept me informed throughout the entire process! When we picked our car up it was as clean as a brand new car, both inside and out! We would definitely recommend Marshall's to anyone looking to have body work done to their vehicle. They seem to take great pride in their work, unlike some other shops out there. We also loved the cookies! A nice little parting gift!

After a very frustrating experience with my insurance company that dragged out the process and ultimately totaled my car, this auto body shop was the one positive throughout it all. Michelle and Ryan were knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. They took the time to explain the repair process, helped me understand how insurance works, and guided me through my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Even when it became clear the vehicle would be totaled, they were honest and continued to offer helpful guidance. Their professionalism and integrity truly stood out. I don’t know where to start when describing my experience with Marshall’s Autobody Experts. I’d first start by thanking them for making my life so much easier with the insurance company. I really thought I was alone and helpless when dealing with Progressive but when Marshalls took on my claim I immediately saw a difference with the way insurance was handling the accident. Marshall's did a fantastic job repairing my car so that even my husband was happy. He looks over everything to make sure nothing was missed and all the panels line up, etc. The paint job was fantastic and I barely recognized my car when I went to pick it up. They also will detail your car for short money, and it is worth every penny.

Not only did they fix my daughter’s car in less than a week, but they did it for less than half the cost we were quoted elsewhere! They cleaned her car AND gave her a free ice scraper and cookies for the holidays! They were a breeze to work with, and above all were so unbelievably kind. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful situation so pain free!
