Mike is great at this location. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable and prompt. He was able to recommend to me great tires for my minivan. My household has 6 cars and I’ve been using Town Fair for over ten years. I love that they have multi locations in case of flat out of town.

Best tire shop in the area. Got me in the same day for the best price around. Got a balance rotate alignment and new tires for a great price and excellent service. Go see Michael there he will get you right!

Bought 4 tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Two weeks later I got a flat from a piece of metal that was on the road. I didn’t buy the tire warranty, but the Billerica store fixed the flat tire for me at no charge. Excellent customer service from Town Fair Tire!

I had a disappointing experience yesterday due to a negative interaction with a front desk staff member, but I am updating my review because of the outstanding service recovery. The manager, Mark, reached out to me directly this morning to sincerely apologize and immediately rectified the situation. I truly appreciate when a business takes ownership of a mistake and acts quickly to make it right. It is clear they care about their customers and I appreciate the swift resolution to make things right.
