My family and I have used Marshalls for every mechanical issue I can remember for many years. There are at least 3 of us individual drivers and car owners who use Marshalls. We have always been completely satisfied. They always know what they are doing. They always make good use of their time. They are so honest that one time they advised the car wasn't worth the repairs we were seeking-they could see it would need too many additional repairs in the very near future! If money was their primary concern, just think how much profit they could have made if they had kept quiet and just gone ahead and started with that first repair. After reading the reviews here I took my car to this garage. After the owner diagnosed my car he said it needs $500 to fix it and I have to wait until my turn comes because they are busy. So, I accepted that assuming that they are good and reliable.. A week after I left my car their the owner called me and told me that my car is all set. Before I picked it up, I asked to see the old parts. The owner showed me the old parts but couldn't tell whats wrong with them because they were in good condition but he insisted that it the car is fixed. I picked up my car and after 4 mins of driving it I noticed that the problem is still exist. I returned and I told the owner that the problem is still exists and his response was that he is busy and I need to bring it after few days or a week bec

A friend of mine brought her car to these people and told them that she thought something was wrong with it. She left the car with them. When she returned to pick up her car she was told after they say they did a test drive , everything seemed fine and she was sent on her way. Two days later the car stopped running on the highway . She called to have them tow the car to their shop at a cost ($125) . Now (?) they discover that the engine has no oil in it and the engine has now seized !! The guesstimate was $3000 to fix and put in a used replacement engine. I guess they never lifted the hood of the car???
