This evening, my husband and I came to pick up my 2021 ELANTRA. With the snow we ended up having our front bumper, rip completely off the front of a car. They had it for not too long and fixed everything right up. It was ready as promised when we got there to pick it up. The financing that we thought was ready to go wasn’t and we ended up having to stay past closing. It was getting late. We were hungry, tired, and cold so my husband and I were nipping at each other, but Arnie Martinez. Kept his cool and intern helped us. I am definitely pleased with the service that I have received. I brought my challenger in on April 29th 2019 and got it back May 22nd 2019. It would have been quicker because Arnie and his crew definitely means business!!! Mr Martinez has been a huge help. I was hit by a postal van and the experience has been horrible. He picked my Nissan Armada up from the tow yard and worked with me every step of the way! SUV is currently being worked on and I'm looking forward to being back on the road in the time frame that he said. If I could give no stars I would. At first; it was a very pleasant experience. We shared commonalities like my name coincidences with his brother's name and the town he stays in. It quickly has turned into a nightmare. My insurance sent me to this shop to have my vehicle inspected after filing a claim. I dropped my car off on Tuesday, June 10th @ appx 16:30 and spoke with Arnie Martinez about the insurance claim and explicitly stated that regardless of the insurance claim; I need the rear window on the driver's side fixed as I had appointments to tend to and would coordinate any other work depending on the insurance's response to the inspection. He blatantly told me that the vehicle would be ready Wednesday, June 11th @ 15:00. I advised him that I had an appointment at the same time and
