Purchased all brand new tires today. The service was excellent and top tier! They were immediately able to get me in and install new tires. The pricing was great and they offer a warranty. I will definitely be back in the future!

The costumer service is fantastic! Definitely recommend! The prices were reasonable and my tires were awesome! My tires were changed very quickly. The little boy that helps there is very kind! I will continue to visit this place! Best place in town!

These guys sold me tires and installed them on my truck then sent me home in a hurry because it was closing time. On my way home we had a blowout and almost died. They installed tires that were too big. They were literally rubbing on my suspension!! I told them i wanted big tires but obviously i didn’t want to die. I’m not a professional tire person. THEY ARE! He says i told you they were too big (but he didn’t). As if that’s an excuse anyway to send a customer away dangerously anyway! We were stranded for 3 hours. Then the next day i came back so they would make good on their bad decision. They told me i have to buy new tires! Never again with them. NEVER!!!

I went to change 2 tires, I took the tires, and change the tire pressure sensor of another tire, they charged me $150, I think it's overpriced but it's ok, the thing is the man who attends told me that the tire sensors are self-programting, which is a lie, the sensors they put need to be programmed, but in this shop they are not able to buy the tool to program the sensors and they lie to customers; now I need to program the tire pressure sensors and as if that were not enough, in the end they were rushing me to pay as if I was going to leave without paying. These people need to learn good practices to do business. Negative stars for this dishonest place.

I love there services good people.They will get you going and whatever you need tires or rims they have it all sizes i will be going to them from now on thanks martinez tire shop
