Martin’s customer service was great! They were very knowledgeable about my car and able to explain the problem and the fix to me in layman’s terms. I came to them after another garage had me waiting all day, charged me, gave me one sentence as to what was wrong with my car, and told me repairs would cost upwards of $700 when they misdiagnosed the problem! Martins did the repair for $300 and they got me in and out before I had to go to work.

Be careful here as they pick vehicles up from auction which Is completely normal but clearly don’t look over their vehicles before they hit the lot I bought a ram 2500 Three days after purchase check engine light so upon bringing to ram dealer learning that that’s a transmission issue I contact martins owner and he strings me along ahh that’s bullshit they just want ur money keep driving it I’ll help anyway I can. At no point tell me bring the vehicle back Just keep driving it Well vehicle breaks down have it towed for what? Transmission well u think ur ok 30 day warranty on engine trans right. Nope. 30 days or 1000 miles. Truck was broken from the day that I bought it. It was too to keep driving a broken truck clearly to go over the warranty miles him knowing I already live

We purchased a used car from Martin's Auto Sales for my daughter after receiving multiple recommendations for them from friends and a local body shop. The entire experience was absolutely stellar and seamless from start to finish. They are family-owned and you can feel that family vibe from the first moment you walk in the door. Mike, the owner, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, he even came in on a day he had closed the shop so my daughter could pick up her car before the long weekend, and worked with us while we were waiting for the insurance payment for my daughter's car that had been totaled.
