The actual washing of the car is decent however the employees are very pushy and persistent about getting you to join their membership. I decided that it wouldn’t be a bad idea especially in the winter months to keep the salt and dirt off of my vehicle so I agreed to Joined December 10, 2025 first of all it says the washes are unlimited. They are not it’s once a day but that’s neither here Nor there after a few weeks, I decided not to renew my membership. The renewal date was January 10 I called their corporate office and ask to end my membership. The lady that spoke to me said that the best way to do it would be to go onto their website and click on manage my account and cancel my subscription through their website. She said that would take affect immediately when I ask her if she couldn’

Splash car wash makes getting my car washed a breeze! They have friendly staff to direct you onto the conveyor belt, and you sit back and relax while the machines do the rest. Their vacuums are easy to use, and do a great job cleaning up the floor boards or your trunk space. I highly recommend going to see the friendly staff, and get your car looking spotless in the process. Winter is the perfect time to secure a wash pass so you can wash away all the sludge and salt that’s sure to accumulate from the roads. 5 stars!

Needed a quick wash while visiting from out of town. I prefer a touch-free car wash but was pressed for time on this particular day. I purchased the $21.00 wash with tire shine, I only had one comment: the tire shine application was weak. That's all! My car and wheels were clean and required little drying/polishing. Billy was great when I had questions/comments and even gave me a free microfiber drying towel! Great car wash!!😎🤟🏽

Update (2025)- Post renovation - from 4 ⭐️ to 5 ⭐️ now. They're even better. New mat cleaning machine, which is a must! Monthly random coupons to subscribers. 2022- I think they've got the best rates for premium (bubble) unlimited wash. Car came out very clean as it cleans rigorously (brushes broke my blind spot mirror, should've turned my side mirror in). Always staffed to get help if needed.

The car wash itself is great, you'll leave with a clean, shiny car and feel that your money was well spent. However, the experience is soured by overly aggressive sales tactics from the staff. They push the monthly subscription service hard, requiring you to say “no” multiple times. It’s frustrating to be told what to press on the screen when you already know what kind of wash you want. Even after declining, they continue trying to upsell by saying things like, “If you sign up for the subscription, what you selected will be even cheaper.” I’ve made it clear I’m not interested, I don’t get multiple car washes a month, so the subscription simply doesn’t make sense for me.
