Have been going here for emission testing/service for many years. Went in for a retest knowing that I had misplaced the retest paperwork. After explaining my end of things, let’s just say that the shorter/thicker man went off the deep end. The shortest hairpin trigger that I’ve ever seen. Offering no solutions to the problem from his professional-end. I’m assuming he is a Marvin, but not 100%. Being berated is an understatement. Totally unacceptable. Life is good, but short bro. Go take your hostilities out on some other unassuming individual. Holy moly.

Went in for emissions testing. No appointment needed, I walked in around 4 on Monday and there was no wait. The man that helped me was very friendly and quick. No issues whatsoever and highly suggest coming here for your emissions testing needs!

Called & was told you need no appointment. Showed up walked in, a rude guy stared at me, shrugging his shoulders & asked what I was waiting for, I told him an emissions test, he says $20.00 & the keys in a rude tone. I see in other reviews the exact same or very similar experiences.

No greeting, just a guy walks up and stares at me until I ask him about emissions. He says “yup.” He continues to stare at me and doesn’t say a word. Finally, I handed him $20 (which he didn’t ask for, I just assumed he might be mute and unable to ask). He takes my money and says “chairs outside.” I said “what?” He repeats himself and points. The waiting room are four filthy chairs sitting in the corner of their driveway. What if it were raining or winter? Did they conduct the emissions test? Yes. But the personality says never come here again. I recommend you don’t come in the winter or when it’s raining or you’ll be sitting outside in the driveway.

Went for emissions testing. The man there was abrupt and rude. Went to sit inside in a non-air conditioned room (90°+ day) with the TV on highest volume blasting the days news. The sign said not to touch the TV so I made the mistake of asking the gruff man if I could turn it off. He said no because other customers might want it on. I asked the only other customer in the room and he didn't care if it was turned off. But no. You are not allowed to turn off the blasting TV. I left.
