M.A.S. was wonderful. When you get hit by another car, it’s good to know there are tow services that will not only tow you, but also talk you through the process of what will happen with insurance, and the steps you need to take. Their communication was awesome, and they were very accommodating when I needed to grab my stuff out of my now totaled car, as well as taking pics and videos I missed for the insurance company. Highly recommended!

Amazing even when they work with apartment complexes, they make sure to give u a warning before towing. & If they recognize your car and know you’re legally parked but without the proper paperwork they will also give u a warning.

I used M.A.S. Towing & Recovery after hitting a pothole and damaging two tires on my car. The process of getting a quote and getting the car towed to a shop was very simple. They had my car towed to the shop within an hour or so of calling and the price was reasonable!

Towing your vehicle after it dies in the middle of a busy roadway, is a stressful occasion, to have it towed by a family owned owner operated team, is a gem for a customer although I wasn’t charged for it, they made an old uptight military guy feel relaxed. And did the very best they could under the circumstances and made sure my car was towed to a location that would accept it.
