Next level excellence! Super friendly family business. Ike and Jacob couldn't have been more helpful. We had stopped at several RV repair shops to have our lighting circuit repaired. All of which were unable to rectify, asking to have the RV for several days to diagnose. The guys at Mason RV were able to locate and rectify in no time! Needed an emergency repair while on the interstate passing by Kearney from Omaha to Western Colorado. Called to see if they had the part on hand and could accommodate me that afternoon. They did have it and fit me right in. I was on a strict timeline and they were a lifesaver! Prices were fair, they were very friendly, and the quality of the repair gave me peace of mind for the remainder of my journey.

Best service, completely honest people. I live 2 hours from Kearney. When I bought my rv at Masons, I'd shopped Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island & Hastings. Called Mason RV. We had an emergency as we were traveling through with our slide. I spoke with Ellie, and she was very sympathetic to our situation. She told us Ike is at the build site of their new location and if we went there he would take a look at it. Ike was very kind and checked it out for us while putting my mind at ease and sending us on our way with confidence. On the second day of a cross-country trip, one of our AC/heat pumps abruptly stopped working- it was getting power but wouldn't start at all, not eben just the fan. It's hard enough to get into a shop or find a mobile tech when you're stationary, and when you're in transit, well, nearly impossible, especially at this time of year. Today was our lucky day as after calling several places along our route, the wonderful people at Mason RV listened to the description of the problem and what we had done so far to troubledhoot.
